Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand clients' emotional and behavioral disorders and establish baseline criteria for care.

• Deliver individual, couple, and group counseling sessions through virtual platforms, utilizing evidence-based practices suited to client circumstances.

• Continuously monitor and assess clients' progress throughout the therapy process, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in counseling, psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current state licensure as a professional counselor (LPC) in Arizona is required.

• Prior experience working in an outpatient setting or with clients dealing with co-occurring disorders.

• Understanding of Arizona-specific regulations and ethical guidelines pertaining to counseling and mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, with final compensation based on your level of experience and case availability.
