This position is fully remote, utilizing telehealth technology to connect therapists with clients. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs and devise individualized treatment plans based on their specific challenges and goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
