Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while connecting with clients via secure telehealth platforms. Our practice operates Monday through Saturday, offering flexibility in scheduling that accommodates your personal commitments. You will receive comprehensive support from our administrative team, including credentialing, insurance participation management, and appointment scheduling, enabling you to focus solely on providing excellent care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and groups, identifying their unique needs and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Perform initial comprehensive evaluations and triage care for clients, determining appropriate therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team to discuss assessment results, treatment progress, and modifications during regular team meetings and patient rounds.

• Develop and implement evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities suited to individual client goals.

• Provide ongoing case management and collaborate with community resources to ensure clients receive comprehensive support that meets all aspects of their well-being.

• Complete documentation accurately and promptly, adhering to ethical standards and departmental policies.

• Stay informed on developments in mental health treatment and participate in regular training and development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health challenges. Our clients come from different backgrounds, each with unique needs that require a personalized approach. You will be instrumental in empowering individuals and families to navigate their mental health journeys, ultimately improving their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting is required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.

• Detail-oriented and organized with the capacity to manage multiple caseloads effectively.
