Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to formulate individualized treatment plans that cater to each client’s unique needs.

• Implement evidence-supported therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities, supporting clients' emotional growth and mental health recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation that complies with regulatory standards, ensuring every aspect of patient care is recorded accurately and securely.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic patient care.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer-review meetings to continuously enhance the quality of care provided, sharing insights and best practices within the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in the state of Arizona as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
