Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate client feedback and measurable goals.

• Participate in regular case consultations with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to ensure cohesive care delivery.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
