Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat to enhance mental wellness and address personal challenges.

• Facilitate discussions where clients can articulate their emotions and insights, helping them develop self-awareness and healthier relationships.

• Serve as an advocate for clients by assisting them in defining personal goals and formulating viable paths to achieve them.

• Assess clients’ mental health status through comprehensive evaluations, and create and implement effective treatment plans utilizing a solution-focused methodology tailored to individual needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will consist of carefully screened adults who demonstrate stability and lower acuity needs. This role ensures that you will not encounter severe mental health cases but rather work with individuals seeking to improve their overall mental wellness. Qualifications\n

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Full licensure in Arizona as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in good standing, allowing you to practice independently. Please note, provisional licenses or those with disciplinary actions will not be accepted.

• Proficient interpersonal skills, enabling you to interact empathetically and effectively with clients.

• Solid computer literacy to navigate our counseling platform and manage client sessions smoothly.
