Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to determine therapeutic needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring a personalized approach for each client.

• Engage in regular collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and treatment outcomes.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes thoroughly, adhering to all regulatory and ethical guidelines within the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client base experiencing a range of mental health issues, from individuals confronting substance abuse and addiction to those grappling with anxiety, trauma, or eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas is mandatory.
