Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that offer a space for clients to connect, share their thoughts, and learn from one another, enhancing their interpersonal skills and emotional resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults between the ages of 18 to 30 who are enrolled in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Many of these clients face diverse mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will play a crucial role in helping them build coping strategies, overcome obstacles, and embrace a path toward healing and personal growth.

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Valid Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) licensure in the state of Maryland.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
