Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy to address various mental health conditions.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring that clinical interventions align with the highest standards of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, complemented by additional financial incentives such as a sign-on bonus.
