Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs and circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Facilitate group, individual, and family therapy sessions, ensuring a supportive environment conducive to healing and growth.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to holistically address the complexities of client diagnoses and treatment plans.
