Key Responsibilities\n

As a key member of our healthcare team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Guide engaging group sessions where clients can connect, share experiences, and support one another, fostering a sense of community.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Deliver empathetic and personalized counseling sessions, aiding clients in exploring their thoughts and feelings while implementing effective coping strategies.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific mental health needs and goals, ensuring progress is regularly monitored.

• Monitoring Progress: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to track client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Collaborating with the Multidisciplinary Team: Work alongside psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and address complex cases effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus on young adults aged 18 to 30, addressing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with annual compensation between USD 85,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience.
