Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead dynamic group sessions focused on interaction, empathy, and shared learning, enabling clients to connect and heal together.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with young adults aged 18 to 30 who are seeking help for various mental health challenges in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Your expertise in understanding the unique pressures faced by this demographic will be crucial in fostering their recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
