Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and initial assessments to identify clients' needs, enabling the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic interventions using a wide range of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Document clinical notes and maintain up-to-date client records in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver holistic and coordinated care to clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.
