Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement personalized therapy strategies for clients, conducting in-depth assessments and evaluations to identify their unique needs.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, bringing evidence-based practices to the forefront of care.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, family therapy, and couple’s therapy, creating safe spaces where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings collaboratively.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical records while adhering to ethical and legal standards, ensuring client confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops and training sessions to stay updated on advancements in mental health research and methodologies.

You will be working with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in mental health care.

• A comprehensive understanding of legal and ethical guidelines pertaining to mental health practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, in addition to a competitive bonus structure.
