Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client, utilizing frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop effective treatment plans that align with clients' therapeutic goals.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions in various formats, including individual sessions, group therapy, and family counseling.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation, adhering to all relevant legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including social workers and psychiatrists, to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will work closely with clients from different backgrounds and with unique needs, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, complemented by performance bonuses and a sign-on bonus.
