Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the unique needs of clients, developing individualized treatment plans based on their specific circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to groups, families, couples, and individuals, utilizing various methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Walden, you'll work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your focus will encompass therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and relationship issues, with particular attention given to family dynamics, couples therapy, and substance abuse recovery. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
