Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions that foster connection among participants, allowing them to share experiences and develop a support network.

• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized therapy sessions, helping clients navigate their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors while equipping them with effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that are tailored to their unique needs and recovery goals.

• Progress Monitoring: Employ various assessment tools to evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on client feedback and outcome measures.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults navigating mental health challenges in an outpatient setting. You will be working within a state-of-the-art facility that delivers evidence-based and holistic treatment approaches within a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), making a significant impact on their lives and fostering a culture of hope and healing.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Current Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.

• Proficient in clinical assessment and treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits\n
