This role is primarily remote, with interactions occurring through teletherapy and virtual group sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) at Twins Behavioral Solutions, your responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging and supportive group sessions, creating a safe space for clients to connect, share experiences, and foster mutual understanding.

• Individual Therapy: Provide personalized counseling aimed at exploring clients’ thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to develop coping strategies and actionable plans for improvement.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and tailored to their specific needs, preferences, and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Assess and track client progress using various assessment tools and feedback, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective results.

• Collaboration: Actively communicate and coordinate care with other members of our multidisciplinary team, addressing complex cases and striving to deliver the best possible outcomes for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse group of young adults aged 18 to 30, many of whom may be experiencing mental health and mood disorders. Your insight and therapeutic interventions will play a crucial role in helping these individuals navigate their challenges, fostering recovery and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Valid Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) licensure in Maryland.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing compassionate care.

• Experience working with clients diagnosed with mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and substance abuse.

Compensation and Benefits\n
