Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCPC at our outpatient treatment center, you will directly influence the lives of young adults through the provision of evidence-based and holistic treatment programs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: You will create and lead engaging group sessions that foster connection and peer support among clients as they share their experiences and learn from one another.

• Individual Therapy Sessions: You will conduct personalized therapy sessions aimed at helping clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. You'll work with them to develop effective coping strategies and tailored action plans.
