Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate mental health conditions and establish therapeutic goals.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and program standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves a diverse client base within the Cicero, Illinois area. Counselors will work with individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted LCPC license in the state of Illinois is mandatory.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, providing direct therapeutic services to clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 per year, plus bonuses tied to performance outcomes.
