Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments with clients to thoroughly evaluate their mental health needs and establish comprehensive treatment plans.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to address specific issues and client challenges.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide holistic care that supports the entire client experience.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring that the clients' records are meticulously up-to-date.

Your work will involve providing therapeutic support to a varied client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
