Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific mental health needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Maintain up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in client documentation.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to create a comprehensive care plan that integrates various treatment modalities.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay informed of the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
