The role typically follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexible hours as needed to address client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed clinical evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards by maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide well-rounded care, participating in monthly case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance treatment quality.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current license to practice in Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n
