Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake evaluations to assess clients' mental health status and treatment needs.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Optionally provide group therapy, couples therapy, or family therapy to enhance the support network for clients.

• Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation as required by state regulations and organizational policies.

• Actively participate in team meetings and supervisory sessions to discuss case handling and treatment planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on supporting individuals struggling with attention-related issues, executive functioning challenges, anxiety, trauma, and depression. You'll have the opportunity to influence positive outcomes for a varied client base, ensuring that each therapeutic encounter significantly contributes to their overall mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field, with a valid Oregon LPC license held for a minimum of two years.

• Proven experience providing direct psychotherapy services, demonstrating a strong commitment to client welfare.

Compensation and Benefits\n
