Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, establishing rapport while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with come from diverse backgrounds and face a variety of challenges, including but not limited to substance abuse issues, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• A current, unrestricted, and independent Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license from the state of Oregon is necessary.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient mental health setting is required.

• Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and active listening skills are essential for building therapeutic relationships and achieving client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Transformative Trauma Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually based on experience. Additionally, we provide a fee-for-service model where staff are compensated in advance of collections. Our benefits package includes:
