Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop customized therapy plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities for individuals, couples, families, and groups, including techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in patient records.

• Actively participate in team meetings and collaborative care discussions with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic support for clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development through trainings, workshops, and seminars to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Comprehensive Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse patient population experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for counseling and patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, falling between $70,000 and $110,000 annually, along with potential bonuses based on performance.
