Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients with various mental health needs.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via video conferencing, utilizing evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Maintain professional standards of documentation in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and ensure compliance with state regulations.

• Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student well-being and academic success.
\n
• Participate in continuous professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at Frontier Counseling Services, you will primarily work with adult clients, providing psychotherapy to individuals aged 18 and older. Your experience working with diverse populations, including those from minority backgrounds and the LGBTQIA+ community, will enrich the therapeutic relationship and foster a supportive environment for all clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited program.

• An active LICSW license to practice in the State of Massachusetts.
\n
• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience.
\n
• Certifications in relevant therapeutic methodologies, especially CBT or Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Possession of professional malpractice insurance.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy to men, particularly within the realm of men’s mental health.

• Familiarity and experience working with issues pertinent to the LGBTQIA+ community.

Compensation and Benefits\n
