Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools to identify presenting issues, strengths, and treatment goals, while fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Provide a range of therapeutic interventions, including individual, couples, and family therapy, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and mindfulness-based practices.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, adapting strategies to align with their evolving needs and circumstances.

• Facilitate communication between parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to create an integrated support network for children and adolescents.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, attending workshops, training sessions, and supervision to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about current best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population of school-aged children and adolescents, along with their families. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, accompanied by performance-based bonuses.
