Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of students, using standardized tools and methodologies to create personalized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused strategies, adapting your approach to meet the diverse needs of each student.

• Document clinical progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to ethical practices.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team consisting of educators, counselors, and mental health professionals to provide integrated care, sharing insights and strategies for student development.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, while staying current with the latest research in mental health treatment.

• Educate students and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them with knowledge and tools for resilience.

• Manage a full caseload of students, demonstrating commitment to their treatment goals through timely interventions and follow-up.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating your dedication to the field.

• An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Washington, ensuring professional competence.

Compensation and Benefits\n
