Work Environment\n

In this role, you will operate in a unique remote setting tailored for a school-based approach. You will engage with students, parents, and educational staff from the comfort of your own home, fostering a seamless therapeutic relationship. The position’s hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments through in-depth interviews with clients and their families to understand their unique challenges and needs.

• Monitor and document client progress, adapting treatment plans and interventions based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Identify high-risk cases, such as those exhibiting severe emotional distress or behavioral issues, and create targeted intervention strategies to address these challenges.

• Collaborate closely with educators, school counselors, and other healthcare professionals to design and implement holistic care plans for students.

• Provide guidance and education to families on mental health topics and community resources, fostering a supportive network around each student.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus primarily on supporting students aged K-12 who may be experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a valid and unrestricted Oregon LCSW license.
