Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Cherry Blossum Care Group, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments of students to identify mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Providing psychotherapy services using various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to help students overcome challenges that affect their academic and personal lives.

• Maintaining accurate and timely electronic clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Collaborating with educational staff, including teachers and administrators, to create an integrated support system for students.

• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss cases and ensure a coordinated approach to care.

• Offering guidance and resources to families regarding their children's mental health and available community services.

• Staying current with the latest research and developments in the field of mental health to enhance your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with students of varying ages and backgrounds, addressing mental health issues that manifest in the school setting. This includes anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and social challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.
