Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Resilient Serene Whisper Counseling, you will be responsible for a range of clinical duties, including:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patients' mental health needs and formulating tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based interventions.

• Utilizing therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to provide appropriate therapeutic interventions suited to individual client needs.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional standards, ensuring the utmost confidentiality and quality of care.

• Collaborating effectively with fellow team members including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to develop coordinated care plans for patients.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer reviews to continue enhancing the quality of care we provide.

• Educating patients and their families about mental health, available treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse population of students dealing with various mental health challenges. This may include but is not limited to anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
