Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs through interviews, questionnaires, and clinical evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement and monitor evidence-based interventions, including solution-focused therapies tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and goals.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including educators and caregivers, to deliver holistic and effective care.

• Provide education and resources to patients and their families related to mental health issues, treatment options, and coping strategies.

• Regularly engage in professional development by staying informed of the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with school-aged children and adolescents, addressing a wide variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your clinical skill and empathetic approach will be essential in helping these young clients navigate their emotional and psychological hurdles, enabling them to improve both their academic performance and their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active and valid LCSW license in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
