You will be responsible for maintaining ethical standards and compliance within the digital workspace while delivering vital services to clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop effective treatment strategies.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, as well as facilitate family and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Create personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals, promoting their strengths and addressing areas for growth.
\n
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and monitor client progress.

• Implement crisis intervention techniques, conducting risk assessments and safety planning when necessary.
\n
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that empower clients with knowledge and support.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all client interactions, adhering to ethical and legal standards for mental health professionals.

Your work will mainly involve individuals in various stages of mental health challenges, including children, adolescents, and adults facing complex emotional issues. Qualifications\n

• Educational Requirement: Hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
