Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's psychosocial needs, including comprehensive discharge plans.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify the needs and challenges faced by students, employing evidence-based social work interventions.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment records, ensuring compliance with departmental standards and regulations.

• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services when required, addressing not only emotional and behavioral issues but also guiding students through critical moments in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of two years of supervised experience in clinical social work.
