Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver direct clinical services to students experiencing major mental health issues or severe emotional disorders through individual therapy, family therapy, and group sessions.

• Conduct evidence-based, brief assessments to develop integrated care plans tailored to each student's unique needs, ensuring access to appropriate resources and support services.

• Facilitate coordination and communication between students, families, and external providers, ensuring that everyone is informed and involved in the care process.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, employing techniques to resolve urgent issues and de-escalate challenging situations.

• Maintain case documentation and contribute to treatment reports in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational standards.

• Actively participate in team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and improve service delivery.

• Identify and address safety concerns within the school environment, reporting any issues that may compromise the safety of students.

The primary focus of this position is on school-aged children and adolescents who are battling mental health difficulties such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and significant behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Valid LCSW licensure in Oregon is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
