Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand individual student needs and developing personalized treatment plans based on established best practices.

• Implementing a range of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and other mental health challenges relevant to students.

• Maintaining meticulous and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring compliance and best practices in record-keeping.

• Engaging in collaborative care by working closely with teachers, school psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver coordinated support to students.

• Participating in regular case conferences, workshops, and peer consultations to continuously foster a high standard of care and share insights with colleagues.

• Educating students and their families about mental health issues, available resources, and treatment options to empower them in their healing journey.

• Staying informed on the latest research and advancements in mental health practices to ensure that your therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on working with a diverse student population, including children and adolescents facing a variety of social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Your role will involve understanding their unique cultural contexts and ensuring they receive tailored care that promotes their personal, academic, and emotional development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience, especially focused on psychotherapy in educational or community settings.

• Robust knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and a strong foundation in solution-focused therapies.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate effective sharing of information with students, families, and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 – 70,000 per year , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
