Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on the unique needs of each student.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address various mental health challenges.

• Facilitate family counseling sessions to strengthen communication and resolve conflicts within the family unit.

• Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team including educators, school psychologists, and healthcare professionals to create cohesive treatment strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention services for students experiencing acute emotional distress, ensuring timely referrals for additional support as necessary.

• Maintain precise documentation of patient records and treatment progress in adherence to HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Take part in ongoing professional development through staff meetings, case conferences, and peer supervision, contributing to the overall clinical excellence of the center.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting, addressing a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
