Work Environment\n

In this full-time remote role, you will enjoy a flexible schedule while working closely with a team of medical and mental health professionals. The work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Our platform utilizes state-of-the-art technology, including Electronic Health Records (EHRs), ensuring efficient management of patient information and streamlined coordination of care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy and other therapeutic interventions to patients with mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health status, focusing on emotional, behavioral, and social functioning.
\n
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based and culturally competent, reflecting the unique needs of each patient.
\n
• Collaborate intimately with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other relevant professionals to craft a coordinated approach to patient care.

• Monitor patient progress through regular evaluations and adjust treatment strategies based on patient feedback and clinical guidelines.

• Educate and support patients and their families by providing insightful information about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.

• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all aspects of practice, including obtaining informed consent from patients.

This role focuses on serving diverse patients, including those experiencing severe mental health conditions. You will work with individuals at various stages of their mental health journeys, particularly those in need of structured support during their detoxification process. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing psychotherapy and mental health services in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
