Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Inner Spectrum Institute, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed clinical assessments of new patients to understand their mental health challenges, strengths, and treatment goals.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client, using methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Administering therapeutic interventions effectively during sessions, focusing on solution-oriented approaches to foster client growth and healing.

• Maintaining comprehensive and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring patient confidentiality and compliance.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.

• Participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to refine your skills and enhance the care provided to clients.

• Educating patients and their families about mental health, treatment options, and available community resources to empower their journey toward recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and families experiencing a range of mental health issues. This may involve addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, and transitions, ensuring that care is culturally sensitive and inclusively addresses the needs of all community members.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of three years’ experience in a clinical setting, emphasizing psychotherapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We recognize and value the expertise and dedication of our team members. The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually.
