Key Responsibilities\n

• Plan, coordinate, and implement individualized support plans aimed at helping clients overcome emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess the current needs, strengths, and weaknesses of service users, tailoring interventions based on these evaluations.

• Establish specific, measurable, and achievable goals for each case, ensuring that treatment plans are client-centered and focused on recovery.

• Monitor client progress through regular evaluations, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and effective communication.

• Maintain detailed records of each client's status, treatment plans, and progress, adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences, sharing insights and updates to foster a collaborative approach to patient care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
