Key Responsibilities\n

• Coordinate with Centralized Intake and school site contacts to manage intern assignments, caseloads, and address any arising concerns.

• Participate actively in auditing and quality assurance processes for client records to ensure compliance with agency policies, funding requirements, and clinical standards.
\n
• Conduct in-person and telephonic clinical consultations, providing support during crisis and non-crisis situations.
\n
• Complete necessary documentation and reporting requested by the Director, ensuring all records maintain compliance with federal, state, and county regulations.
\n
• Ensure the site remains organized and inform management of any maintenance or safety issues.
\n
• Oversee the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of interns to align with agency goals, including planning and facilitating recruitment events.
\n
• Facilitate training workshops for interns and maintain thorough performance evaluations to support their development.
\n
• Manage clients' electronic health records using the AWARDS system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry regarding client progress.
\n
• Participate in monitoring the effectiveness of clinical program outcomes through assessments of intern caseloads and service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on providing psychotherapy services to a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and families within educational settings.
