The Holistic Counseling & Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team, working specifically within a school setting. As an LCSW, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive mental health services to students, fostering emotional growth, and promoting overall well-being. This remote position allows flexibility in your work schedule, accommodating either 4x10 or 5x8 shifts within the hours of 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will:

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy tailored to the unique needs of students and their families.
\n
• Conduct thorough assessments by interviewing clients, interpreting social, personal, environmental, and health information to create individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Evaluate and address behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges efficiently within your scope of practice.
\n
• Facilitate various therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and short-term crisis resolution.
\n
• Coordinate with school faculty and staff to implement programs and activities aimed at addressing students' social and emotional needs.
\n
• Regularly monitor and document client progress while maintaining up-to-date records in accordance with established protocols.
\n
• Identify and recommend external resources and community referrals as required, ensuring comprehensive support for your clients.
\n
• Adapt to the evolving needs of the student population, which may include providing crisis intervention and family counseling as necessary.

• Engage positively with students to establish trusting relationships that promote a safe therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students in various educational settings, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related issues. You will be instrumental in promoting resilience and coping strategies among students, helping them to thrive academically and socially.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
