Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and couples therapy sessions to clients across various age ranges in a school-based setting, ensuring tailored support for diverse needs.

• Thoroughly document all client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans, in a timely and accurate manner utilizing our electronic medical records (EMR) system.

• Manage scheduling of ongoing appointments with clients and maintain an updated calendar to facilitate timely follow-ups and ensure continuity of care.

• Work collaboratively with other therapists to develop and implement effective treatment strategies that incorporate feedback and best practices.

• Engage in professional development by attending workshops and training sessions, continually enhancing therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW with Cornerstone Mental Health Counseling, you will support a diverse clientele, focusing on school-age children, adolescents, and their families. You will work with clients facing a wide range of clinical presentations, from behavioral issues to emotional challenges, striving to improve their overall mental health and well-being through personalized therapy approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
