Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose mental health conditions as necessary, and evaluate patient status using appropriate clinical tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families, incorporating cultural considerations and special needs of diverse populations.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions to monitor patient progress and adapt treatment strategies accordingly, ensuring alignment with mental health diagnosis and expected outcomes.

• Maintain timely, accurate documentation of treatment records and reports in compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal protocols, leveraging modern digital technology.

• Engage actively with patients and external treatment providers to coordinate referrals and establish comprehensive networks of support.
