Your day-to-day tasks will include a variety of responsibilities that contribute to effective patient care and organizational success:

• Utilize our billing service to streamline administrative processes, ensuring timely handling of claims and client accounts.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.

• Proactively schedule ongoing appointments and manage your calendar to best meet client needs and personal availability.
\n
• Apply clinical best practices to effectively address a wide range of mental health challenges, supporting clients in their therapeutic journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Verve Wellness, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals and couples across various age groups. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for clients with varying mental health concerns, particularly those navigating end-of-life issues within a hospice setting.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) allowing independent practice.

• Demonstrated professionalism, excellent therapeutic boundaries, and cultural competency.

• Possess strong organizational and time-management skills, essential for managing a full caseload effectively.

• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while fostering positive working relationships with colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• Significant training and/or experience in couples therapy, which will be highly regarded during the selection process.

• A minimum commitment of 20-25 hours per week, with availability for at least two evenings weekly to accommodate client schedules.

Compensation and Benefits\n
