Key Responsibilities\n

• Oversee and coordinate care with Centralized Intake and educational contacts, managing intern caseloads effectively and addressing any arising concerns.

• Engage in ongoing quality assurance and compliance audits of documentation and client records while adhering to agency policies.
\n
• Attend regular program meetings and trainings to stay updated on agency practices and protocols.
\n
• Prepare and submit detailed programmatic reports to the Director as needed.
\n
• Execute accurate and timely data entry into the AWARDS electronic health record system for all client documentation.
\n
• Provide clinical consultations both in-person and via telehealth during crisis and non-crisis scenarios.
\n
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment by promptly reporting any maintenance or safety concerns.
\n
• Participate in the implementation and monitoring of clinical program objectives and compliance with service delivery standards.
\n
• Deliver psychotherapy services tailored to client needs, ensuring therapeutic methods are effective and proven.
\n
• Maintain compliance in client file management and intern documentation.
\n
• Lead the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding process for interns, aligning with organizational goals for effective training.
\n
• Organize outreach events to promote intern recruitment and educational workshops.
\n
• Facilitate training sessions to ensure interns are compliant with federal, state, and county policies.
\n
• Conduct thorough performance evaluations for interns while documenting necessary action steps for retention and improvement.

• Monitor intern caseloads to support both programmatic outcomes and professional development.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $122,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
