Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with The Salvation Mental Health Services, you will:

• Conduct individual counseling sessions using video conferencing tools and in-person appointments to assess clients’ mental health needs and deliver appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Implement personalized treatment plans through evidence-based practices that include cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Advocate for clients by helping them set realistic and achievable goals for their personal development and mental health stabilization.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and support staff, to coordinate holistic care and resources for clients.

• Engage in ongoing documentation and progress note completion using electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and state licensing requirements.

Qualifications\n
