Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ emotional and psychological needs through interviews and observations, both via telehealth and in-person as required.

• Develop individualized intervention plans that address the unique challenges faced by each student, setting measurable goals to track progress.

• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support for students and families during times of crisis or heightened distress.
\n
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress updates in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences, providing expert insights and collaborating with educators and other professionals in the community to optimize student care.
\n
• Facilitate referrals to community resources that support recovery and holistic wellness, ensuring a network of support is available for clients.
\n
• Monitor ongoing client progress, adjusting intervention plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse population of students, many of whom face significant barriers to their mental health and well-being.
