Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth evaluations and assessments to understand each client’s unique needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group counseling sessions, focusing on topics such as coping skills, anxiety management, and conflict resolution.

• Educate and coach families on techniques to support their child’s progress and emotional resilience, forging strong partnerships between home and school environments.

• Maintain thorough clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards and timely submission of reports.

• Collaborate with school personnel, including teachers and administrators, to create a positive and supportive atmosphere for students facing mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves students ranging from elementary to high school age, who may be experiencing various emotional and behavioral challenges impacting their academic performance and social interactions. By addressing issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and learning disabilities, you will help students achieve their full potential both inside and outside of the classroom.

Qualifications\n

• Masters in Social Work (MSW) or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and active LCSW license in California.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in a school or educational setting.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple caseloads effectively.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective rapport-building with clients and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
